It's to do with the zinc price I believe. The last 6 months saw a bit of a correction and was not a favourable time to make deals. The price has now recovered and the outlook is - well, brilliant for zinc. Stockpiles continue on a steep downward trajectory.
I believe they are just holding out for the best time to sell it. Why sell it now for $5m profit when they can get $10m in 6 months or a years time?? Numbers are just made up.
What is fairly certain though is that the stockpile will be able to fund the company's growth without dilution to shareholders.
