I think there are a few clues in todays announcement, at the bottom of the statement.

"immediate task for the board"
"a partnership or Joint Venture"

Perhaps the approach from Axiom got a few other parties interested in Eumundi?

Another question is what happens with the 14 million shares that Axiom are holding?

I've bought a few shares, based on their current assests and future prospects. One to watch imho.
