Considering my invetsment is worth nothing now here is a idea out of left field
Why dont IBN go to a country or area that already sells alot apartments and that type of living is already 100% accepted as normal ,, unlike here in australia its more of a hard sell
ie: everyone would rather a stand alone house with land over an apartment that has slower growth.
Question: So where would this country or area be?
Answer: Latin America
Question: how would IBN do this?
Answer: Partner up with someone that is already operating in that market and understands the pitfalls of dealing within latin america ( Must already have a online presense)
Thoughts
1) LAA has more depth in directors etc even thou they currently have there own problems
2) The IBN Platform would need to be converted to spanish
2) If you can sell cars why not apartments
3) LAA already have a presense and credabilty in both Mexico and Ecudaor
4) LAA & IBN are both ASX listed companies
5) I DONT own any LAA shares
Like i said all just a crazy idea but tjhought Id put it out there and watch it get picked to bits but at this point i have nothing to lose the only postive is all the capital losses Ive got
