I'm really not here to downramp as it would not benefit me in any way since I would never buy into this company with the current management.
But I'll take a shot at "what could possibly go wrong".
Share price might stay around this level for a long time, possibly even drop under 1c until eventually one day you wake up and notice that it has gone into suspension, never to reopen again.
