A/R showed only 250 shareholders in Total,
Including a heap of small ones
As per link below with listing requirements you need 300 each with a 2k parcel to comply with re listing
I'd be damn sure its just extra time to work out the spread!
This looks like an awfully good play considering who's onboard.
