- Jocelyn Waller, non-executive director and a founding director of company, has been appointed as interim chairman
- Received applications for a total of 656.9 million CDIs at a price of A$0.01 per CDI to raise A$6.569 million
- Received applications from its major shareholders Provident Minerals Pte Ltd and Pt Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk
