    I doubled down at 15 this morning after doubling down at 28 after initially getting in at 38.

    With cash backing of 14m and EV of only $14m and 1 project due to start soon showing a npv of $25m it looks like its a great entry point.

    Any lower to 12 ish ill double down again.
