Does it really matter to if they hit breakeven in December 2017 versus February 2018 versus December 2018 (assuming NO recourse to external capital to achieve this aim)?

The 4C will lay out cashflows which are much easier to map and this process is going to take time to iron out. I think you have to believe that engagement is the most important underlying business metric and that the revenue will follow for this to be a palatable investment, unless your investment thesis was a much quicker turnaround in which case you may be disappointed.

Going back- what does everyone think are the best engagement metrics for this?
