GMC issued 175m shares to Tanah Capital (TC) at 0.005c and agreed on the terms that if GMC signed the land lease agreement (which GMC did), additional $3.5M would be invested together by TC and BB superfund. So now TC pulled out from 2nd tranche although we signed the lease?
how much BB superfund will contribute out of this additional $3.5m? and who are these new CIs?
