Seems like an opportunistic TO attempt by a JV partner that should be putting its head down and earning their interest according to the JV agreement. Clearly failing to gain any traction and shouldn't have been attempted in the first place in my opinion.

Warning in the target statement makes sense to me. Even if KGD shareholders were dumb enough to accept the GPR shares they'll likely end up getting diluted by a capital raising down the track which will be needed to advance the project. Better in my opinion to sit back on your KGD shares.

All seems like a big sideshow and distraction and won't help either companies share price break new ground. In fact its having the opposite effect on GPR's price.
