That's fine, if that's their best foot forward in regards the corporate website then they need to stand proud of it and continue to update it as they see fit.
If shareholders don't think it is up to scratch in addition to other matters then they can trigger a second trike on the Remuneration Report and trigger a Board spill at the AGM later this year. Then find, get nominated and vote for others who they think can do better.
Personally the website is not what I would expect as a shareholder and certainly not what I expect from an operational reporting framework. Done by a Year 12 student it would get a pass but as a listed company front? Well not the same outcome as the Year 12 student would get.
But then is it going to make or break the company? Nope, so who cares...I would rather see some serious business breakthroughs in terms of value driving initiatives underpinned by a solid measurable strategic framework that supports substantial shareholder value growth and boutique isn't where it will come from.
