    Maybe, but this looked like the right hand v the left hand to me, and each knew what the other was doing.

    Re AUROA, I know many an option issued by companies doesn't get exercised. In fact most die quietly. AUROA may go that way too, but there are enough signs out there to make me think that the BoD has a reasonable expectation that they will be exercised.
