Any takeovers that YBR tries to do at the moment with giving shares away will be very bad value to the existing share holders - we'd simply have to give too many shares out to make it viable.
I think they are doing exactly what they need to and get to a profitable position and show that for a reasonable amount of time and let the share price rise and then takeovers should flow.
