The letter from Dawney is wrong. It excludes the Chairmans holding of 3.178 m shares. He is a Director.
Also David Briggs started as MD on 3 May, 2016 and the Lone Star bid was announced on 11 May. Maybe that is why he has no holding!!!!!
Do some research. Look at the Annaul report.
Just because Dawney says so, does not make it right.
