News just out from Cornerstone Resources [Re:Halt of their shares pending news].

In essence, Cornerstone Resources [CGP] is to acquire 78.2 million shares of Solgold from multiple parties , including funds managed by Rosseau Asset Management in exchange for 120.82 million shares in Cornerstone Resources.

Rosseau will receive 81 million shares in Cornerstone Resources, representing 19.3% of Cornerstone and has agreed not to divest more than 2.5% to any party without consent. Rosseau is entitled to appoint a director to the board if ownership is 10% of outstanding shares of Cornerstone.
