i fully agree with your view in regard to management holdings...yes, they could have more, but that doesnt make it all better............
i called Gary about 2 years ago, when NAE was at .004, and unwanted......tbh, i was snooping around, sussing out shells that would "go tech".....what has always stuck in my mind was what was mentioned about Redmoor.....and, its no secret or anything, basically common sense......
Nearby is the Hemerdon project, run by Wolf Minerals, processing for tin, but, having a soft, clay like ore......and, if you have a mining/quarrying/milling background, you will know what that type of ore is like to process in a wet climate...... Redmoor ore, is hard rock, therefore, somewhat easier to process, and, would be of great interest to Hemerdon, which is only 40km away..............So, the synergies are quite clear, especially given that RCF have provide moer funding to Wolf, to keep the processing plant going.
That is basically why i keep coming back to NAE as a trade...because one day, we may see the true value of Redmoor realised, let alone the value of Lochinvar. But yet, NAE is now priced basically as a shell, with no value prescribed to the 2 projects, and no blue sky built in to any further acquisitions that may be brought in...............Otago, well, very early days there
The Redmooor/ Hemerdon synergies make sense, but its little understood at this time, and, is still a matter of speculation..............just think about it
