I asked why NAE management don't have more skin in the game and he advised that he already holds a reasonable $ amount of NAE shares. I agree it would be a vote of confidence if NAE management invested more of their own money, however it's not absolutely critical in my opinion. Results from the 1st batch of drilling at Redmoor due July/August and I'm quietly confident we'll see an increase in the size of the Tin/Tungsten resource based on Gary's comments (obviously he's limited with what he could share with me prior to an official market announcement)
