Just to let you know that the last time Monroe bought or sold shares on market was september 9 2015. He sold 163,607 shares. He hasnt bought any since.

its not my intention to single any of the directors out but he was the only director who sold and other directors who came in have been buying a few small parcels since. Who knows what his reasons for selling were. You would think he would have confidence in himself as a CEO to make a profit with all the contracts they have. If he didnt he should have steped down.

it will be interesting to see if directors come in and buy now
