    I think you got the point that market hate them, the management team's action is a little bit weird though.
    I particularly don't like the style of announcements, all lack of details and let people to suspect something is being covered.

    I also don't like the long list names of Chinese directors that surely have something to do with the biggest shareholder Shagang
