35c is not enough, low ball offer, all the upside would go to AMA. Prefer all shareholders to not accept AMA offer and allow 4WD to re-organise ( the issues 4WD has experienced are quite common to newly listed rollups and it just needs time to sort out their business). There is only 1 serious competitor being ARB and plenty of room to gain market share.
