    I don't think it will be long Joely as the production is forecast for Q4 2017. I guess that could mean we could be seing the plant key turned on as soon as 1st October. That is 15 weeks away. Baring bad news this is going to take off very soon IMO. The value of this project is crazy and the market will wake up soon.
