    With 10% of his salary, you're talking what? $40k max? I'd be glad to see him issued $40k worth of options at 15c if it helps us get back above 20c. It is more likely they will be giving away more than that though.

    We need an offtake deal to start generating some interest. The price won't move otherwise.
