News I am hearing is that at the current share price it is looking cheap for private equity..
The plan then will be to make divisions efficient and break up the company into little companies again.
Apparently the sum of its parts are worth less than the parts individually...

So while Voda may come out with a bid, it will be more likely they will buy the pieces they want. Rather than the whole company..

So a company that has shortfalls in Backhaul might buy Nexgen. Company that wants Consumer Internet, buys Dodo... Someone that wants Business Customers buys Commander
Wouldn't it be funny if Telstra Buys Commander back!
