Seriously I have forgotten more about this company than you may ever learn. I am a very very long term Shareholder. You are correct that this company is close to bankruptcy.... they made a mistake by borrowing so much.... at what proved to be the wrong time. Macquarie will be monitoring events closely related their loan. I hope Empire lasts.... but as a new investor I urge you not to put too much of your wealth into this..... the share price just will never go up ... do your research on how much we owe versus how much we produce, and how often we make a loss, and all the Cap Raises in our history, and the tiny things we deliver each year...... I could go on but I hope you get the picture..... for your own sake look into the history more closely. You will thank me.
