The amount of capital raising and then consolidation is insane. The way they spend shareholder money is crazy. Money does not go far at SEG.

The salary of Steven Michael $275k is bonkas for a guy that has not delivered anything and seen the share price plummet and capital raises again and consolidates. How much longer can they keep doing this? Also don't get me started on the bonus incentive plan at SEG.

Compare SEG to a well run company like EMH and the differences are vast. EMH went from .15c to over a $1. Deliver on all the promises. Actually spend their money on drilling. Pay their CEO $75k a year less than SEG. Have only 120m shares on issue (which is amazing on its own) and have never consolidated.

Selling SEG was the best thing I ever did. Best of luck to all the current holders! For your sake (not the directors) I hope this does something one day.
