Furthermore in the resource upgrade the hydrologist mentioned the importance of bores in maintaining the potassium grade that tends to fall with recharge from surface groundwater.

I think the problem relates to things such as dithering or the appearance to be doing so, a lack of BS/self promotion compared to the other snake oil salesmen, possible lingering doubts about NT.
I used to think that building the road was a major issue, I'm no longer so sure.

It is certainly disappointing how things have turned out. I think the short term MD caused a lot of damage to the SP.
