In addition to that Q&A, I've made a few more points which you might like to consider.
Just on Cerro Bayo, it is indeed somewhat prospective, only problem is that it (like Argentina) is not terribly well endowed, at present.
Whilst it did produce 2.3m oz of silver in 2006, it only has 5m oz silver reserves and 8m oz of resources. If you scroll down to the bottom of this page [http://www.coeur.com/prod_cerro_bayo.html], you'll see:-
"In 2004, Coeur launched the first year of a three-year exploration program to extend mine life at Cerro Bayo (and at Martha in Argentina) to at least three years."
I'm sorry, but I can't see either of those mines being big participants in the value equation.
