OK, just had a chat with a contact who was able to provide some clarity around numbers. Firstly, they are paying just on $33 per door per annum - way more than the $12 you originally quoted. Also there are around 2.6M strata lots in Australia with roughly half of them being self managed. So from a potential point of view the traditional market for MyStrata and its competitors is 1.3M doors. A straight calculation then gives us an annual recurring market spend on strata software of $43.9M. However, its not quite that simple as there are numerous pricing models out there and the actual number is likely to be something in excess of that........and its growing all the time........
