That doesn't happen in the USA . Only happens when there is malicious litigation - not often

I put time into research on stocks so even when I sell I still look at em as it is so much easier to keep up to date and then if things change I may repurchase them. I try and contribute to make threads more informed and take some of the novice stupidity, misinformation and put some balance against professional ramping or long holders bias. Unlike some here the goal isn't to avoid all negative stuff just cause they hold the belief that somehow the world revolves around HC comments.
Some people really need to get a grip on just what stocks are able to be shorted and understand why others use algo trading etc and not just believe spin often posted.
