That is not entirely accurate. The announcement of the major re-balancing has caused a lot of uncertainty which is the main catalyst for the increased rate of redemption's we are seeing, The tail is wagging the dog.
Only a fool would suggest that investors are not trying to front run the market, it is obvious.
