    Final tranche depends on production which may or may not occur.

    Even 1.1m USD for the deposit and first tranche is nearly 1.5m AUD.

    Excluding the recent $400k from CPS for ease this would have an EV of around $500k at 0.004 once the sale goes through.

    Hard to see downside. Upside depends on what they acquire.
