Wish I could find out
a]How many shares were issued in the National Settlement? and
b]at WHAT price/value?

see if the shares were issued at say 50 cents then we the shareholders have coffed up the "extra" by this selldown by who I figure were the Vendors of National.

Usual practice in these situations is to use 30 day VWAP which in EVZ's case after such a steep recent rise would be substantially discounted to pre May 25 settlement date.

I can't legitimately phone the Company.I'm no longer a shareholder.Also my experience is,when asking some PR type a less than General question,some "oh that's priviledged"answer is the reply.I suppose some Form will come out eventually in Announcements but that'll be all too late.
Anyway,I figure d'Absentee Landlord[vendor Nat Eng] still has a few Mil of shares left even after yesterday so I'm on the watch for sub 55 today.
If it don't happen?no sweat I'll wear not holding EVZ and have confirmed to not change my methods into trying to Hold Long Term.
IN/OUT that suits me.
