Means: they hope to commercialise their membrane and sand technologies - they have been 'hoping' to do this for many years - 6 years for SuperSand.

Means: If they ever do commercialise these technologies they will already have licences

A patent having been granted in Australia on 19 January 2017 entitled “Conductive portions in insulating materials” which underlies Ionic’s Super Micro Capacitor Technology.
Means: They have a patent for just one component of a Supercap, new tech usually has dozens of patents,

It has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Korean manufacturer Laminar Co Limited (Laminar) for the purpose of collaborating on manufacturing graphene and graphene oxide (GO)materials. Ionic has entered into this MOU because it can see the value in combining Ionic’s technology (through Monash) with the high-volume production of graphene enabled by Laminar’s unique capabilities
Means MOUs are valueless, they are not contracts and have no force in law.

These are serious issues that you both raise, and I support their airing here. I respectfully suggest that it's always better to concentrate on the issues and not get to personal, or SHOUT...
