The announcement isn't great but it's not a doomsday announcement either. The S/P is trading very close to cash backed levels, seems too cheap. If you are confident ptx-200 hasn't been the culprit than expect a solid 40+% bounce. The biggest dilemma is the delay to trials but unfortunately these things happen. IMO this is a very cheap buying opportunity, especially when considering to the best of my knowledge that all other trials involving ptx-200 hasn't shown any adverse effects.
I've doubled my holding this morning.
