Following Coeur being at a new 12 months closing price low, BSG is now trading today at about a 20 cents discount to the offer which is now worth about $2.925.
That offer is now at about a 5% discount to BSG's closing price on its last full trading day and at a discount of about 12% to BSG's price of $3.30 before the trading halt was called before the good news was given to us all.
