Spencer Capital Partners Hong Kong

Anyone received a phone call from a company going by the name of Spencer Capital Partners domiciled in Hong Kong, claiming to have solid research on a US company listed on the NASDAQ?

Next question - has anyone sent funds to them for the purchase of international shares and received money back/had confirmation that they will do what they say they will do?

They have a website: http://www.spencercapitalpartners.com/   but other than that there seems to be very little information out there.  I've been liaising with a guy by the name Chris Turner and another by the name of Charles Rooney.

I am starting to worry that they arent legit. Just seeking feedback if anyone else has had a similar experience.
