Further, it almost appears as if the major airline holders are content for VAH to wallow in the dumps as long as they make some trouble for Qantas in the domestic market. It's as if the major holders don't want Qantas getting a free run at the domestic market and using that as a base to steal the Asian market. Too bad for the retail shareholders. So, I'm out.
If JT rises to the top and demonstrates a new, competitive and profitable direction for VAH then I'll look at getting it. There's a lot of money to be made in the Australian airline market (as per Qantas' results) but VAH isn't trying to get any of that at the moment.
