I think its looking like a strategic degradation of the stock price using low volumes to make existing holders panic and list their stock for sale.
Many were/are struggling to get a sizable entry here, because barely few are willing to sell their stock.
Hence a downward price chart could certainly instigate some sellers to sell and increase the volume, that to at a lower price.
Honestly, I do not have more cash to even grab this tit-bits at throw away prices right now.
