5. Why UK ? .... China is the place ! I read an article a week or two ago about a young Chinese property investor in Melbourne who has just sold some commercial buildings & is looking for mining investments ..... apparently he has already taken a stake in a couple of penny dreadfuls & I bet he is not alone in rotating out of Eastern States property.
The problem is that RWD is shackled by 1 large shareholder who views the company as his baby & doesn't seem to give a dam about the other 55% of the owners.
