Whoever sold or did the transaction for a variety of reasons was at least so sensible to do it off-market. Could be the CFO who resigned or tax-related account movements. Anyway, the next 4C should confirm profitability and that will over time lift up the sp independent of possible gazillions of shares being placed / traded to keep a lid on the sp.
