it is not the current downgrade that you need to worry about, it is what is happening after 2019
The contract is up in 2019, that close to certainty they won't renew with SIG and that kissed goodbye hundred of million in revenues.
and if they team up with a rival that is a double whamming.
CW is not some push over mob, they are very innovative mob, if you get in a fight with them, they probably out to hurt you as well
