Just like the USA meltdown for sure.
To say that here we have recourse loans which makes it all safe is a fallacy.
You cant get blood out of a stone or a bankrupt.
Banks would have to seize the property sell it for whatever and write off the shortfall.
History doesn't repeat itself except in the financial arena
