One thing is for sure, we can't discount the possibility of them mending Namibian bridges and getting that elusive licence to explore for U on the patch that set the stock on fire last year, or was that 2 years ago?
At current prices, it's not a bad punt if you have the appetite, given the smart-money got in at 2.8c
