Only 64mill shares on issue from memory with 40mill odd options expiring in march 2018 @25c.
Tightly held company, a good hit would see it fly. Still only MC $16mill, so plenty of leverage to upside valuation wise.
By the time it's in production, maybe 150mill shares in issue? Can't see dilution being a major worry either.
