no idea yet as the culprit Jcoure has decided to take the easy approach and play hard to get at.
mind you, just a bit of positive news about the BOQ trading platform- they just announced you get 3 free trades if you join up.
and i also got a flyer from BOQ, saying that they will be with me all the way if i take out a loan and it also had a picture of the people who will hold my hand.
now that is the people's bank.
