It's clear that there's a large seller of DCL and the market knows this so it's not surprising that investors are seeing how low the seller will go – why pay more for the stock than you have to? This is only sensible behaviour for prospective investors and exactly what you would do if you were wanting to buy anything – you will pay as little as you need to.
