Can you share an example of this, I can't say I've read anything that says otherwise, I'm not trying to dismiss what your saying and I am flexible in my understandings but I need more information to verify what your saying.
This could simply be semantics in the bigger picture, I label what I understand to be the Phase D Breakout above or below all prior in the range as 'MAJOR' as it performs something over and above that all prior examples didn't.
