I agree, longer run based on the AGM, $4.20 is achievable in 18-24 months - if one buys at $3, then that's about 15-20% growth PA, which is reasonable.

And, Of course I want to buy undervalued stocks - that's my entire strategy. Frankly I'd hope it's everyone's strategy.

I do this by hunting for bargains - but it doesn't make sense to chase bargains when they become available. To way of thinking you're better off identifying where the bargains are likely to be. One of the reasons EOS is on my radar - it has the potential to be one of those tasty deals that makes one happy in only the way making money can

One of the best photographers of all times was a man called Ansel Adams - of all the wisdom he shared, I think the most important point was "a good photograph is knowing where to stand" - in other words, never chase action that has happened, instead set yourself up in such a way the action will come to you.

The same is true, in my view, for the stock market - EOS is an interesting company, but at this price level does it represent the best use of one's capital? I've mapped out what I think would be a good place to stand, so that when the companies on my watch list become buying targets, I can act decisively, and quickly.

I always assumed everyone traded like that - with a buy target, and a sell target, and rules about what proportion of your portfolio will be exposed to which segments, and what proportion of your portfolio can be in speculative stocks, and so on and so forth. What I'm learning from this website, is that a lot of people appear to trade emotionally.

This is our financial security: it's too important to let one's emotions get involved.
