    May 16 (Reuters) - Musgrave Minerals Ltd (MGV) :

    • MGV raises $3m from oversubscribed share placement
    • Received commitments to raise $3 million (before costs) via a placement of 40 million shares
    • Funds raised will be directed towards further drilling of high grade break of day gold deposit
