I see you hold shares and have a hold bias. This seems to contradict your deep dissatisfaction with the company and the CEO.
From a number of my posts over the years you will see I have been critical of the boards treasury management. When OBSs share price was high they could have sold down more regularly avoiding capital dilution. Also I am not happy in general with large issues of director and staff options. I do concede that a number of these options were issued when the whole resource market was being hammered and ways have to be found to reward valuable directors and staff.
But the broad strategy of the coy has been well executed. I estimate the market value of listed assets around 230M. The unlisted assets at 15M. The coy will be debt free after the recent AJQ transaction. They are a top performer wrt asset building. The share price is lagging badly and I have addressed those reasons in earlier posts.
Negative posts are part of a functional forum.
Baseless and brutal attacks on the integrity of a company's board are destructive.
There is no evidence of a systematic manipulation by the board to suppress the price. The salary package for the CEO is not unreasonable in relation to the assets he has built during his tenure.
Overly negative posts do influence buyers and sellers in DGR. Some DGR threads have thousands of views. New and inexperienced investors are deeply swayed by opinions they read.
Currently some option holders will lack funds to exercise them this month without selling some shares. That is their perogative and will add to price pressure. We can do without excessively negative and destructive posts which further add to the downward pressure.
